The project engineer clarified the tenant mix — small office-warehouse users like plumbers and brokerages — said doors stay down most of the time, and promised a slideshow of comparable projects at site plan review.

The project's civil engineer explained that the uses along Memorial Drive aren't high-traffic retail, so cross-access between tracts isn't really needed and an exception makes sense.
