DFW Wheels OEM–U-Haul SUP

The commercial realtor representing DFW Wheels appeared in support of the U-Haul specific use permit at the public hearing.

Dogwood Commercial's leasing agent said tenants welcome the U-Haul foot traffic, the center is about 78% leased, a Dollar Tree LOI is signed, and capital improvements including new storefront glass are underway.

A U-Haul area field manager explained repairs happen at Garland and Fort Worth facilities, after-hours issues are handled by staff and vendors, and the U-Haul app tracks vehicle returns.

The DFW Wheels OEM owner described his OEM wheel business and his existing Frisco location with U-Haul, and noted surrounding businesses and online commenters supported the shop.
